| Colleen joined Lemelson Vineyards as National Sales Manager in the spring of 2003. After attending Oregon State University and obtaining her B.S. in Environmental Science she decided to make Oregon her permanent home. Her background includes working in wine distribution and production for several well known wineries in Northern California. Prior to coming to work for Lemelson she was the National Sales Manager at Benton-Lane Winery in Monroe. As a passionate advocate for our wines, she’s played a critical role in developing our presence in markets across the U.S., as well as in Western Europe. In her free time, Colleen enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, live music and hanging out with her high maintenance hound, Ruthie Mae. |

Natalie Sigafoos
Direct Sales Manager

Natalie joined Lemelson Vineyards in the summer of 2009, taking the role of Direct Sales Manager and bringing with her nearly 20 years of hospitality experience. She managed fine dining restaurants around the country, including Mustards Grill in the Napa Valley and the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa in Ojai, CA. She and her husband Kurt have enjoyed working in the Oregon wine industry since their move to Newberg in early 2004. Most recently, Natalie was at Penner-Ash Wine Cellars, opening their tasting room and managing the direct sales program. When she is not at the winery or assisting Colleen with National Sales, she is usually found in her garden or kitchen, where she will be harvesting, cooking or planning for an upcoming meal. Her love of food and wine is balanced nicely with her renewed penchant for long distance running. Natalie enjoys running in the Willamette Valley with her boxerdog Jackson.

Laura Arce
Wine Club Manager/Direct Sales

Laura, a longtime resident of Yamhill County, has worked harvest at the winery for a number of vintages. Her interest in the wine business has grown to encompass her current responsibilities as Wine Club Manager/Direct Sales Associate. Laura was a practicing midwife for more than 20 years in the McMinnville area. She fills her spare time growing flowers and vegetables which frequently find their way to the winery much to her co-workers delight.

Michelle Senior
Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Michelle comes to us with 7 years experience in the Oregon wine industry, as well as a background in accounting, special events management and marketing. Michelle grew up in Yamhill County but met her Australian husband, Jason, in 2002 when he was here doing an internship in the wine industry. These days she is very busy being a mom, but whenever she has a spare moment she enjoys spending time with her dogs, traveling, gardening and being outdoors. Jason and Michelle have a young son and live in Sherwood.
