Our Dry Riesling is a blend of Andy Humphrey’s 30+ year old Adria Vineyard, in the center of the Dundee Hills, and our own Wascher Vineyard. Both sites produced Riesling of great complexity and unique character.
The wine shows aromas of white flowers, papaya, citrus and mineral notes. Concentrated flavors of fresh peach, wet stones, and lemon sorbet are balanced by a fine backbone of ripe acidity.
